Where do you ship?
We ship across the UAE and offer international shipping worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

• Within the UAE: Orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch.

• International shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

• Orders placed before 1 PM (UAE time) are packed the same day and dispatched at 2 PM.

• Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

• UAE shipping:
  – Free shipping for orders above 300 AED.
  – A flat rate of 20 AED applies to orders below 300 AED.

• International shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?
Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking is typically shared via WhatsApp directly by our delivery partner once your order has been dispatched. For international shipments, a tracking number will also be provided by email.

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@hobb.ae with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
